The price includes: electricity, water and gas, change of bed linen once a week and change of towels once every three days. |

Check-in and out: the rooms must be left free by 10:00 and are available from 15:00. For late arrivals prior warning is welcome.

Smokers: we ask our guests to refrain from smoking within the buildings but to do so out in the open air.

Down payment: 30% of the total is required in advance as confirmation of the reservation, and guarantees this. In the absence of this payment, the reservation will be cancelled. The down payment may be made by bank transfer.

Method of payment: we accept cash and the remainder is payable at the start of the stay together with € 200,00 security against damages which will be reimbursed at the end of the stay.
